Protecting our customers
TOGA is a family run business and our family includes our staff, customers, suppliers and the broader communities in which we operate. As such, keeping everyone healthy and safe is at the core of everything we do.
Despite the global uncertainty in the economy, Sydney’s property market shows signs of stability, bolstered by the Reserve Bank’s decision to reduce interest rates. The opportunity to purchase a TOGA property must be done in a way that is safe for all concerned.
While restrictions have been placed on open house inspections, our Display Suites continue to remain open for business and we have put in place strict measures to safeguard the wellbeing of our staff and our clients:
1. Hygiene and cleaning
Our Surry Hills Village and Wicks Place display suites have strict hygiene practices that are adhered to every day, and we have implemented additional measures to ensure any customers visiting our display suites are safe. Each display suite will also have hand-sanitisers that visitors are encouraged to use.
2. Compulsory sign-in and health check form
All visitors to our display suites must complete the COVID-19 QR code form which is at the front desk of both display suites.
3. Opening hours
At this stage, all display suites will remain open by appointment only and could be restricted to a maximum of 1 individual at a time. Government recommendations on social distancing will be strictly adhered to whilst inside the display suite.
4. Online viewings
If you wish to view one of our Display Suites via a virtual tour, we can arrange for an online appointment with a sales representative.
To book an appointment for Surry Hills Village, please visit surryhillsvillage.com.au or call 1800 554 556.
To book an appointment for Wicks Place, please visit wicksplace.com.au or call 1300 602 998.
Rest assured TOGA is undertaking all precautionary measures to limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus and will continue to monitor the guidance from the World Health Organisation, The Australian Department of Health and DFAT.
From our family to yours, please stay safe and remember to take care of each other.
