TOGA is a family run business and our family includes our staff, customers, suppliers and the broader communities in which we operate. As such, keeping everyone healthy and safe is at the core of everything we do.

Despite the global uncertainty in the economy, Sydney’s property market shows signs of stability, bolstered by the Reserve Bank’s decision to reduce interest rates. The opportunity to purchase a TOGA property must be done in a way that is safe for all concerned.

Our Display Suites continue to remain open for business and we have put in place strict measures to safeguard the wellbeing of our staff and our clients:

1. Hygiene and cleaning

Our Surry Hills Village and Wicks Place Display Suites have strict hygiene practices that are adhered to every day, and we have implemented additional measures to ensure any customers visiting our Display Suites are safe. Each Display Suites will also have hand-sanitisers that visitors are encouraged to use.

2. Compulsory check-in

All visitors to our Display Suites must check-in via the Service NSW app.

3. Opening hours

At this stage, all Display Suites will remain open by appointment only and could be restricted to a maximum of 1 individual at a time. Current government recommendations on social distancing will be strictly adhered to whilst inside the Display Suites.

4. Online viewings

If you wish to view one of our Display Suites via a virtual tour, we can arrange for an online appointment with a sales representative.
